The device has an LED display that shows the state of charge and information about the measurement, with an accuracy of 0.03%. A green or red icon informs us about the presence of alcohol in the exhaled air. In addition, voice commands and sound alerts communicate important information to us whether the measurement has been performed correctly, when to start blowing into the mouthpiece. We will get the result up to 3s after the end of the process. If other people would like to use the device, it is enough to switch to the multi-user mode – there is no need to reset the breathalyser before the next person. How to use the breathalyzer:
- The measurement should be made at least 20 minutes after the consumption of the last dose of alcohol
- The use of a mouthpiece is recommended to increase the accuracy of the measured values
- Blow continuously for 3 seconds for the measurement to be performed correctly
- Do not cover the air outlets
- Do not clean the device with chemical or highly corrosive agents
- The breathalyzer may not work properly in an environment with a high concentration of reactive gases
- The measurement may be distorted if the device has a low percentage of charge
- When using a breathalyser without a mouthpiece, it should be placed at least 6 cm from the mouth.
- The device does not require calibration
